today's dinner
This is a phone picture so the quality isn't as good as my other pictures.
I haven't had this soup in a long while and decided that I'd get it tonight for dinner.
It's Mexican soup called Pasole/Pazole (accent above e)
It's a pork and hominy soup.
the additional ingredients added to this soup is shredded cabbage, sliced radish, cilantro and onion.
This soup is kind of similar to our Asian curry soup.
Forget the soup...that cake looks YUMMY! myong
