I was not satisfied with how it tasted. LOL.  I made this at my mom's house and the last thing we were waiting for was the rice. It was still steaming on the stove so my ingredients here were a bit cold.

This was my 1st time making the dish. I hope the 2nd time will go and taste alot better!
