Update on round 2

Successful! My supply has now decreased and today is the first day I've gone without hand expressing. Tonight will be a great night! My breasts have now adjusted to Owen's feeding schedule so that means I will not get engorged and can sleep peacefully (as peaceful as I can, at least).

Hoping I can keep this going when I go back to work too.
